Yes, IDIA can take care of your minor plumbing needs.

Examples include finding and repairing leaks,  unclogging drains and replacing or installing faucets, toilets, washers, dishwashers showerheads, sinks or garbage disposals.

For larger projects that include roughing in brand new plumbing, we have access to licensed professionals that can get the job done.

Yes, IDIA has many years of experience doing minor electrical work.

Examples include replacing or installing switches and outlets, led strip lighting, exterior and interior lights, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, bath fans, low voltage indoor (speaker, door bell, cat5/aux/phone cable) low voltage outdoor (walk way lights, yard accent lights, Christmas lights) smoke and CO detectors, or appliances.

For larger projects that include roughing in brand new electrical, we have access to licensed professionals that can get the job done.

As a licensed general contractor, we are able to pull permits and schedule inspections for your project as needed.

Yes, we can help solve your appliance issues. Examples include repairing broken handles, solenoids, controllers, or ice makers.

For our smaller repair or install jobs (jobs that we can get done in one day) we charge $75/hour for labor with a $400 minimum.

This minimum rate is in place to help us cover our business expenses, travel and opportunity cost. It also prevents us from feeling rushed and needing to move on to the next job quickly. We can take the exact amount of time needed to complete your repair!

For home renovations, remodels or custom builds we follow these steps before we actually swing a hammer and begin construction:

We’ll get in touch with you via email to see if we might be a fit and schedule a free consultation

3. Free Consultation Meeting

We’ll come to your home, learn more about your wish list, discuss design ideas and take measurements needed.

4. Estimate

We’ll send you an estimate and contract with a fixed price for your project. Once accepted and any deposits needed are paid, your project can get on our calendar!

5. Scheduling & Design

Depending on the scale of your project, we’ll meet a number of times to finalize your project design and materials selections.

6. Project Begins

This is where the magic begins! It’s time for us to turn your ideas into reality!
